David joined Newsome straight from school, as an apprentice and started his working life at the company as a Project Manager and Draftsman. David then progressed through the ranks to become the Sales Director and joined the board as a company director in 1994. Over the last 37 years, he has obtained extensive knowledge of the HVAC and Humidity control sector and is well respected by colleagues and customers alike. A passionate engineer at work, David adopts a hands-on approach to leadership. In his spare time David runs a small holding with livery and a suite of tractors.

Simon embarked on his career with Newsome directly after completing his school education, joining as an apprentice in the HVAC division. Simon demonstrated a remarkable aptitude and commitment in this field, eventually leading him to the role of Humidity Control Director.
His exceptional leadership and knowledge were further recognised when he was appointed as the Service Director of the Newsome Group at the beginning of 2024. Simon continues to drive the company’s growth and innovation, leveraging over 15 years of industry experience.
